About the files you've already downloaded

We don't ask you to "return" digital files. Once you've downloaded a PDF, it's yours to keep — even after a refund. We trust you to use it with integrity. If a product wasn't right for you, our hope is the refund makes you feel taken care of, not interrogated.

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email us first. We'll almost always resolve it faster (and more gently) than going through a chargeback process. Direct refunds keep our small operation healthy and let us continue making this work.
